DJ has been singing in bands since he was 16 years old. He got his start back in the early 90's with the Seattle metal band - Sabre, and fronted the NW punk-metal band - Dis-ke-nekt for four years before joinng JELLYNECK. DJ also has recorded demo CD's with both Sabre and Dis-ke-nekt.

DJ has an eclectic taste in music, albeit mainly of the hard core ilk. He digs singers like: Ian McKay, Henry Rollins, Blag Dahlia (The Dwarves), Phil Anselmo, Tom Araya and their respective bands.

DJ sings through Shure microphones and creates his vocal effects using his oversized vocal cords!

Snowboarding, writing, motorcycles, acting, and going out to good shows with good friends.
